North Central Airlines Tribute Poster
North Central Airlines Tribute Poster
Poster size is 14" wide by 20" tall, including a one-inch white border, and is printed on heavyweight, acid-free poster stock.
Chris Bidlack's North Central Airlines tribute poster is set at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, and features two North Central DC-9s, and a North Central Convair 580 in the background. Behind the Convair is MSP's iconic old terminal, which was made semi-famous in the 1970 film "Airport" (albeit disguised as Lincoln International Airport, somewhere near Chicago). This poster will appeal to anyone who, with fond memories of Herman, worked for or flew on North Central in the years before the carrier purchased Southern Airways in 1979, and became Republic Airlines.
The print will arrive carefully packaged and ready for you to unroll and frame. (Framing instructions included.) Click on the image to see the full poster in detail. (And of course, the "JetAgeArt.com" watermark does not appear on the actual poster.)
